Sourced from a Leather Working Group (LWG) gold-rated certified tannery, the bag's exterior is made of premium artisanal leather. Through a partnership with LWG, The Sak ensures that over 90% of their leather comes from tanneries that comply with environmentally-conscious sourcing processes and sustainable water usage. The bag's interior is lined with PETA-approved and Vegan Certified Repreve, a durable, water-repellent, and stain-resistant material made from recycled plastics, including bottles.

The Sak Iris Crossbody Bag features a main zipper closure, a front zipper pocket, a back slit pocket, and an interior with a back wall zipper pocket and two front wall elastic slide pockets.
